Space assets and services are not fully monetized. At Revolv Space, we are solving the problem of low duty cycles by developing and manufacturing the next generation of critical subsystems enabling continuous spacecraft operations.

We start by tackling the power limitations of small satellites with a fail-safe and autonomous Solar Array Drive Assembly.

In this role, you will own the architectural integrity of embedded systems from concept through flight qualification, ensuring harmony between hardware, firmware, and mechanics.

Your Mission
  • Lead system-level design, prototyping, and qualification of avionics/embedded systems
  • Define architecture and perform system trade-offs
  • Mentor engineering team and establish best practices
  • Plan and execute testing (environmental & reliability)
  • Contribute to product roadmap and strategy
  • Ensure scalability and manufacturability
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks
  • Support production and supplier interaction
  • Collaborate across engineering teams
  • Represent company in technical discussions
Requirements
  • Engineering background (electronics, embedded, robotics, etc.)
  • 17+ years of experience in embedded/avionics systems
  • Experience in space industry
  • Strong system-level thinking
  • Knowledge of physics in space environments
  • Familiarity with space industry standards
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent English
