Job Description
Senior/Staff Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Remote US or hybrid in Carlsbad
Salary: 200k base DOE + Bonus + RSUs
Edison Smart are working with smart home security and connected device companies, developing AI-powered monitoring solutions and cloud-based security platforms.
They are searching for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer who has strong experience in video streaming products and networking protocols.
Key skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Embedded C and C++ programming
- RTOS and Embedded Linux platforms.
- video/audio streaming technologies (H.264/H.265).
- Networking protocols, including TCP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, RTP, RTSP, SIP and WebRTC
