I'm supporting a leading defence technology organisation in their search for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join a team developing sophisticated airborne target systems used to support the testing and evaluation of defence capabilities.

This is a genuinely varied embedded role, with software spanning both the airborne platform and the ground control systems . You'll be developing flight-critical embedded software , as well as the communications and control software that enables operators to monitor and manage missions.

Experience Required:

• Embedded C development
• RTOS and/or bare-metal environments
• Low-level hardware and driver development
• Full software development lifecycle
• Git and modern development practices
• Debugging & Testing
