About the Role: Your Impact
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Embedded Software Engineer with a strong hardware orientation , to join our R&D team. You will be a key leader and the core driver of our next-generation medical devices. This is a hands-on role where you will be one of the leaders of the entire product lifecycle, from embedded software development to improving hardware design. You will be joining a small, agile, and high-impact team where your contributions will be visible and essential.

Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain embedded software code.
· Lead the Software life cycle of medical devices - Create and maintain controlled regulatory software documentation, including SW requirements, verification and validation protocols, and test reports.
· Participate in failure analysis processes and complex debug activities.
· Support the development of the hardware for next-generation products and support the V&V for the hardware.
· Issue and implement SW Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Requirements
· B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. (Must)
· 8+ years of experience in embedded software development, specifically in C, (Python is a plus).
· Strong technical writing and documentation skills (Medical Device is a major plus).
· Advantage: Experience in electrical design (Altium is a plus)
· Experience in performing system bring-up, integration and V&V (is a plus).
· Proficiency with testing methodologies and using measurement equipment.
