We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to take ownership of CI/CD strategy, automation, and testing infrastructure for embedded firmware. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, improving engineering workflows, and working alongside talented firmware and test engineers, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

In This Role, You'll

✅ Architect and enhance CI/CD pipelines designed specifically for embedded firmware development and secure delivery.

✅ Partner with firmware and test engineering teams to streamline development workflows and accelerate product releases.

✅ Drive DevOps best practices that improve build reliability, automation, scalability, and deployment efficiency.

✅ Develop and improve automated firmware testing and validation frameworks for both new and legacy platforms.

✅ Optimize testing infrastructure to increase quality, repeatability, and overall engineering productivity.

✅ Support cybersecurity and regulatory compliance initiatives, including IEC 62443 and related standards.

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

✔ 5+ years of relevant DevOps or software engineering experience

✔ Strong experience with Azure DevOps

✔ Experience programming with object-oriented languages

✔ A passion for automation, continuous improvement, and building scalable engineering solutions
