If you are an electrical hardware engineer who is tired of the hyper-siloed, slow-moving corporate structures of massive conglomerates, this agile and highly stable electronic product manufacturer represents your ideal professional sanctuary. Operating as a lean, privately held industry leader experiencing steady year-over-year market expansion, this specialized firm designs performance-critical electronic systems utilized in demanding global applications. Because they maintain a flat, collaborative organizational structure, you will entirely bypass multi-layered corporate bureaucracy, gaining direct visibility to executive leadership and true technical autonomy.
This is a true full-lifecycle engineering seat designed for a multi-faceted innovator. You won't just be handed a tiny, repetitive modification of a pre-existing blueprint; you will take complete ownership of your hardware designs from initial blank-sheet concept and schematic creation through multi-layer PCB layout, component selection, rapid prototyping, and production line verification. Balancing multiple concurrent projects across diverse industrial sectors, you will find a highly varied, technically challenging environment where your professional fingerprints are clearly visible on every final product.
What You Will Be Doing
-
Architect and lay out complex multi-layer PCBs from initial concept development through to final manufacturing and automated production release.
-
Develop and test robust power supply topologies, optimizing analog and mixed-signal circuitry for high-reliability environments.
-
Create comprehensive electrical schematics, precise technical specifications, and production-ready Bills of Materials (BOMs).
-
Lead hands-on prototype assembly, laboratory diagnostic testing, firmware debugging verification, and initial manufacturing line startups.
-
Generate meticulous technical documentation, test protocols, and engineering change notices (ECNs) to support long-term corporate project deliverables.
-
Perform circuit reliability analysis, component derating assessments, and thermal evaluation to guarantee field performance.
What We Are Looking For
-
Distinguished hardware pedigree featuring 4+ years of hands-on experience executing circuit design and complex PCB layouts. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is standard; however, 10+ years of direct, advanced design depth will be proudly considered in lieu of a formal degree.
-
Power and analog fluency with a verifiable track record in component selection, simulation, and optimization of power supplies or complex analog systems.
-
Documentation rigor with a flawless ability to read, interpret, and author highly detailed technical schematics, component specifications, and validation plans.
-
Regulated manufacturing literacy with prior experience working within a quality-driven, ISO-certified environment where traceibility and compliance matter.
-
Self-directed initiative looking for a high-ownership role where you can multitask independently and drive active engineering projects to completion with minimal supervision.
Preferred Technical Assets (Not Required)
-
Familiarity with advanced circuit simulation software platforms (such as PSpice, LTspice, or closely related tools).
-
Direct exposure to mechanical integration and enclosure constraints utilizing 3D modeling systems (SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor).
-
Basic embedded systems literacy or fundamental firmware familiarity (C/C++, microcontrollers).
