About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Electrical Engineer
to design, develop, and support advanced electronics for subsea motion control products, including underwater propulsion systems, electric actuators, electro-hydraulic systems, and power transmission equipment.
This role requires close collaboration with mechanical engineering, manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams while also serving as the technical lead on custom engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities

Design electrical systems for subsea motion control products, including thrusters, actuators, sensors, and propulsion systems.

Design and develop brushless motor drivers, three-phase motor control systems, and power electronics.

Develop electromechanical products including rotary and linear actuators, hydraulic pumps, and propulsion systems.

Design embedded hardware using microcontrollers, PWM, ADCs, DACs, and serial communication interfaces.

Create electrical schematics, PCB layouts, bills of materials (BOMs), prototypes, and perform product validation testing.

Improve existing products for performance, manufacturability, quality, reliability, and cost optimization.

Support manufacturing during assembly, integration, testing, and production.

Supervise technicians during PCB assembly and system integration.

Prepare wiring diagrams, assembly documentation, and engineering documentation.

Lead design reviews and support DFMEA/PFMEA activities.

Manage custom engineering projects as Project Engineer.
-
Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and provide occasional remote technical support.
Required Qualifications Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

5–10 years of electrical engineering experience.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.
