Senior Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join a semiconductor design team focused on advanced power management, RF, and data converter solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design transistor-level analog circuits including opamps, comparators, references, oscillators, LDOs, charge pumps, and regulators.

Design high-performance ADCs (SAR, Pipeline, Sigma-Delta, Flash).

Design DACs including current-steering, R-2R, and Delta-Sigma architectures.

Develop power management solutions including DC-DC converters and voltage regulators.

Participate in RF circuit design and verification.

Optimize converter performance including ENOB, SNR, SFDR, THD+N, INL/DNL, and jitter.

Collaborate with layout teams through tape-out and silicon validation.

Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical reviews.
Required Skills
-
5–10+ years of Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design experience.

Strong experience in ADC, DAC, Power Management ICs, and RF/Analog circuits.

Expertise with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, and Calibre.
-
Successful silicon tape-out experience.
-
Strong understanding of custom analog layout considerations.
-
Experience in advanced CMOS technologies.
