We are seeking an experienced RTL Design Engineer with Ethernet expertise to contribute to the development of next-generation Networking ICs .

You will be responsible for architecture definition, RTL development, integration, and productization of high-performance Ethernet subsystems.

• Translate architecture into microarchitecture and RTL implementation
• Design and integrate Ethernet IO subsystems (MAC, PCS, SerDes)
• Perform RTL coding, code reviews, and debugging
• Work with vendors to integrate Ethernet IP blocks
• Collaborate with DV teams on verification planning and execution
• Debug Ethernet protocol stack (L2/L3/L4)
• Support post-silicon bring-up and validation
• Work closely with PD, DV, and firmware teams

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 8–15 years of RTL Design experience (ASIC/SoC)
• Strong expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog
• Deep understanding of Ethernet (IEEE 802.3)
• Experience with MAC, PCS, PHY, SerDes integration
• Strong knowledge of clock/reset/power domain design
• Experience with EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor)

• Experience with 100G+ Ethernet designs
• Knowledge of DFE, CTLE, high-speed interfaces
• Experience in tape-outs and productization
• Familiarity with Ultra Ethernet or advanced networking architectures
