Role Overview:
We are looking for an engineer who will design and implement guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for UAVs and autonomous systems.
Also, We are looking for an engineer to design and implement high-performance sensor fusion and state estimation systems for UAVs and autonomous platforms. You will be responsible for turning noisy, delayed, and imperfect sensor data into accurate, reliable, real-time estimates of position, velocity, attitude, and target state.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) algorithms
* Work on trajectory planning, target interception, and path optimization
* Implement Kalman filters, sensor fusion, state estimation
* Integrate control logic with flight controller and onboard computer
* Work on closed-loop control and tuning
* Support simulation and real-world flight testing
* Design and implement sensor fusion pipelines for IMU, GNSS, magnetometer, barometer, camera, rangefinder, radar, etc.
* Implement and tune filters: EKF, UKF, Particle Filter, complementary filters
* Build multi-sensor tracking and target state estimation systems
* Implement coordinate frame transformations and time synchronization
* Handle delayed, dropped, and asynchronous sensor data
* Build observability, health monitoring, and consistency checks
* Support guidance, navigation, and control algorithms with high-quality state estimates
* Analyze logs and improve estimation performance
* Support simulation and real-world flight testing
Required Skills:
* Strong in control systems, kinematics, dynamics
* Experience with Python/C++/MATLAB
* Knowledge of PID, LQR, EKF/UKF, trajectory planning
* Understanding of UAV dynamics and coordinate frames
* Experience with Kalman filters, sensor fusion, and state observers
* Solid understanding of rigid body kinematics and coordinate frames
* Experience working with IMU, GNSS, and other navigation sensors
Good to Have:
* Visual-inertial odometry or vision-based tracking experience
* Experience with SLAM or multi-target tracking
* Experience with non-linear optimization and factor graphs
* Experience in UAVs, robotics, or navigation systems
* Experience with ROS / PX4 / ArduPilot
* Experience in missile guidance / pursuit algorithms / tracking

* Truth vs estimate analysis and tuning tools
Experience Level: 1–4 years or strong project background
