ROS Developer – Robotics Software Engineer

Full time | $80,000-100,000

We are seeking a hands-on Robotics Software Engineer with experience in the Robot Operating System (ROS) ecosystem. You’ll develop, integrate, and test robotic systems for industrial and research applications, turning complex challenges into reliable, high-performance robotic behaviors.

What You’ll Do

Design, implement, and maintain software modules for robotic systems using C++ and Python.
Develop and manage communication between robotic components, including software modules, sensors, and actuators.
Work on navigation, mapping, localization, and path planning for autonomous systems.
Build and maintain simulation and visualization tools for robot modeling and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware.
Follow best practices for version control, testing, debugging, and software optimization.
Troubleshoot and improve system performance to ensure reliable, high-quality operation.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in C++ and Python for robotics software development.
Strong understanding of ROS fundamentals.
Knowledge of robotics kinematics, control, and perception.
Strong command of Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
