Robotics Project Manager

Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned R&D and innovation projects, from scoping, approval, and planning to execution, reporting, and scaling. • Work closely with project stakeholders to define objectives, timelines, KPIs, and resource needs. • Coordinate activities across departments (e.g., Science, Labs, Field Ops, Commercial, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Digital, PMO) to ensure project alignment and delivery. • Track project milestones, timelines, and risks, and flag any delays or blockers to leadership for resolution. • Maintain clear and consistent project documentation, including business case, scope of work, task tracking, meeting notes, and status reports. • Support the setup and execution of trials, field pilots, and validation activities by coordinating logistics and stakeholder inputs.
