Robotics Product Designer Internship in Ghaziabad

We are looking for a robotics CAD intern who is passionate about mechanical design and robotics hardware. The intern will work on 3D modelling, mechanical assemblies, and design iteration for robotic systems, drones, and electromechanical platforms. You will collaborate closely with robotics, electronics, and manufacturing teams to convert concepts into production-ready designs.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Create 3D CAD models and assemblies for robotic and mechatronic systems
• Design structural, mechanical, and electromechanical components
• Prepare manufacturing-ready drawings (GD&T, tolerances, BOMs)
• Support design iteration based on testing and feedback
• Assist in DFM/DFA considerations for machining, sheet metal, and 3D printing
• Work on mounts, enclosures, frames, brackets, and mechanisms
• Coordinate with electronics teams for PCB fitment and cable routing
• Maintain design documentation and version control
