What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and maintain robotics software components for perception, localization, planning, and controls
- Build simulation-to-real validation workflows (scenario generation, regression testing, performance tracking)
- Integrate sensors (camera, LiDAR, IMU, wheel odometry) and implement sensor fusion + SLAM pipelines
- Create evaluation protocols and QA evaluation checklists for autonomy behaviors and safety constraints
- Partner with AI teams on training data quality requirements, annotation guidelines compliance, and data labeling strategy
- Contribute to prompt evaluation / LLM evaluation where robot logs or HRI data require structured review

Document architecture, test results, and release criteria; participate in incident triage as needed
- Mid-Senior experience delivering robotics or autonomy features
- Strong Python and C++ skills; hands-on ROS2 experience and modern CI/CD practices
- Experience with computer vision datasets, curation, and evaluation metrics

Familiarity with autonomy safety practices (scenario-based testing, failure mode analysis)
