  • Knowledge of vision systems, AI-based routing, or digital twin modeling.
  • Exposure to IoT / Industry 4.0 concepts.
  • Programming skills in Python or C++ for robot or system-level scripting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop ODM-based Robotics Systems — design and implement sorting and fulfillment solutions using Chinese ODM platforms.
  • Design Scalable Automation Architecture — build a modular, future-ready automation architecture for logistics and warehouse systems.
  • Optimize System Performance & Reliability — increase throughput, precision, and system uptime while reducing costs.
  • Lead Collaboration with ODM Partners — manage technical communication and integration with Chinese manufacturing and engineering teams.
  • Shape Long-Term Robotics Platform Vision — act as system architect and qualify for participation in the company’s option pool.
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian/Russian and English languages. Chinese language skills are a plus.
Key Goals
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and performance.
  • Lead project initiatives that align with OMNIC's strategic objectives and sustainability goals.
