We're looking for a passionate Robotics Engineer who can take ownership of the complete robotics development lifecycle—from concept and system design to deployment and field support. If you enjoy building real robots, solving complex engineering problems, and working with cutting-edge technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

• Design, develop, and deploy robotic systems from concept to production.
• Own the end-to-end robotics development lifecycle, including hardware integration, software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop robotic applications using ROS/ROS 2 , C++ , and Python .
• Implement SLAM, localization, mapping, path planning, and autonomous navigation algorithms.
• Integrate and calibrate sensors such as LiDAR, Cameras, IMUs, GPS, and other robotic peripherals .
• Develop robust perception and control pipelines for autonomous robotic platforms.
• Collaborate with software, electronics, and mechanical engineering teams to build reliable robotic systems.
• Debug hardware and software issues in both lab and field environments.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in product improvements, testing, validation, and customer deployments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying real robotic systems.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python .
• Deep expertise in ROS / ROS 2 .
• Strong knowledge of:
• SLAM
• Sensor Fusion
• Autonomous Navigation
• Nav2
• Cartographer
• GTSAM (or equivalent frameworks)
• Experience integrating LiDAR, Cameras, IMUs , and other robotic sensors.
• Good understanding of Linux, Git, embedded systems, and real-time software development.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-world environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Autonomous Ground Vehicles (UGVs), Drones, Mining Robots, Industrial Robots, Agricultural Robotics, or Defense Robotics.
• Experience with PCL , Open3D , 3D reconstruction, or photogrammetry.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning for robotic perception, including object detection, semantic segmentation, and terrain classification.
• Experience with Gazebo , Isaac Sim , or similar robotics simulation platforms.
• Understanding of ruggedized robotic hardware and industrial deployments.
