About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Robotics Engineer to join our R&D team and develop advanced robotic arm solutions for industrial automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in robotic manipulation, kinematics, perception, and robot integration, with the ability to build intelligent robotic systems from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy robotic arm applications for industrial automation.

Develop and optimize Inverse Kinematics (IK) and Forward Kinematics (FK) solutions for complex robotic manipulation tasks.

Implement motion planning, trajectory generation, collision avoidance, and robot control algorithms.

Integrate 2D/3D vision systems, depth cameras, and LiDAR with robotic arms for object detection, localization, inspection, and guidance.

Develop vision-guided robotic applications using Computer Vision and AI techniques.

Customize robotic systems according to customer requirements, including hardware integration, end-effectors, sensors, and peripheral devices.

Integrate PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and external automation equipment with robotic systems.

Work with ROS/ROS2, MoveIt, and robotic simulation environments for development and validation.

Optimize robot accuracy, repeatability, calibration, and overall system performance.
-
Perform system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, validation, and on-site deployment.

Prepare technical documentation, commissioning reports, and standard operating procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, Electronics, Mechanical Design, and Software Engineering.
Required Skills

Strong understanding of Robotics Fundamentals and Manipulator Kinematics.

Excellent knowledge of Inverse Kinematics (IK), Forward Kinematics (FK), Jacobian-based methods, and robot coordinate transformations.

Experience with robotic arms such as Universal Robots, Dobot, FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, or similar platforms.

Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2, MoveIt, TF, URDF, and robotic motion planning.

Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.

Experience integrating RGB, RGB-D, stereo cameras, or LiDAR with robotic systems.

Knowledge of OpenCV, PCL, Open3D, or similar perception libraries.

Experience in robot calibration, hand-eye calibration, and coordinate frame transformations.

Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, EtherCAT, or CAN.

Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu), Git, and software development best practices.
Preferred Skills

Experience with AI-based robotic perception.

Knowledge of grasp planning and manipulation algorithms.

Experience with SLAM, localization, or navigation is an added advantage.

Familiarity with industrial machine vision and inspection systems.

Experience integrating custom end-effectors, force/torque sensors, and safety systems.

Understanding of digital twins, Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or other robotic simulation platforms.
