Job Description

Industrial Robot Programmers (Junior to Senior Levels)

Company: Elite Robotics

Location: [TBD (Select Contract Depending)]

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract (Multiple contracts secured through 2026 )

Experience Levels: Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior positions available

About the Role

We are experiencing rapid growth and have secured multiple major automation contracts running through the end of 2026. As a result, we are expanding our engineering team and looking for Robot Programmers at all career stages.

Whether you are a recent graduate eager to get your hands on real-world industrial tech, or a seasoned Senior Programmer capable of architecting complex lines from scratch, we have a place for you. You will be working directly with leading industrial arms—specifically ABB, FANUC, and Yaskawa Motoman —to deploy cutting-edge automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities by Level

  • Junior Programmer:
  • Assist with basic robot jogging, point teaching, and path refinement.
  • Commission Robots and Applications.
  • Support senior engineers during system integration, testing, and commissioning.
  • Mid-Level & Senior Programmer:
  • Develop and program robotic applications while abiding customer standards.
  • Configure industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, DeviceNet).
  • Integrate applications, safety systems, and vision hardware.
  • Lead on-site commissioning and troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks.

Technical Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking candidates with experience (or a strong desire to learn) the following platforms:

  • Core Robotics: Proficiency in programming at least one of the following major brands:
  • FANUC (RJ3iB to 50-iA controllers, Dual Check Safety/DCS)
  • ABB (IRC5 or OmniCore controllers, RAPID programming)
  • Yaskawa Motoman (YRC1000/DX200 controllers, INFORM language)
  • Vision Systems: For FANUC-centric roles, hands-on experience or familiarity with FANUC iRVision / 3DV Vision systems is highly preferred.
  • Software & Simulation: Experience with offline programming and simulation software (e.g., ROBOGUIDE, RobotStudio) is a major plus.
  • General Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, familiarity with industrial safety standards, and a willingness to adapt to different manufacturing environments.

What We Offer

  • Job Stability: Guaranteed, long-term project pipeline through 2026 and beyond.
  • Career Growth: Clear progression pathways from Junior to Senior roles with hands-on mentorship.
  • Cutting-Edge Tech: Access to the latest hardware, 3D vision systems, and advanced software tools.
  • Competitive Compensation: Standard benefits package, competitive hourly/salary rates tailored to experience level, and travel incentives (if applicable).
