We are looking for a forward thinking Workforce Planning Lead who goes beyond traditional headcount and cost management to shape how work gets done in an AI native organization. This role blends strategy, analytics, and organizational design to build a workforce that is adaptable, augmented by AI, and aligned to long term business value.
This leader will define what workforce planning means in a world where tasks are increasingly shared between humans and machines. You will move beyond spreadsheets and static forecasts to build dynamic models that account for automation potential, skill evolution, and new ways of organizing work.
Key job responsibilities
Lead end to end workforce planning with a focus on capabilities, skills, and outcomes rather than roles and headcount alone
Design future ready operating models that integrate humans, AI, and automation into cohesive workflows
Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Operations to translate workforce strategy into actionable plans aligned with the business needs
Anticipate talent needs in an AI driven environment by partnering with business and technology leaders
Earn trust with senior leaders through executive influencing skills, developing collaborative strategies that create measurable business impact
Build scenarios and models that connect workforce decisions to productivity, innovation, and growth
Identify opportunities to redesign work, reskill talent, and deploy AI effectively across the organization
Create frameworks for determining which work should be automated, augmented, or remain human led
Advise senior leadership on workforce composition strategies that balance current delivery with future capability building
