Role Description The Robotics Engineer will work full time on-site at our Bengaluru location, designing, developing, and integrating robotic and automation solutions for manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include programming and configuring robotic systems, implementing process automation workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The role involves testing and validating robotic applications, troubleshooting system issues, optimizing performance, and documenting designs and procedures. The Robotics Engineer will also support installation and commissioning at client facilities, provide technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of our automation platforms.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Robotics, including robot kinematics, motion planning, and integration with industrial equipment.
  • Proficiency in Process Automation, control systems, and PLC/SCADA or similar industrial automation tools.
  • Solid Analytical Skills for problem solving, system optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience in Software Development using languages such as C/C++, Python, or ROS, and familiarity with version control tools.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
  • Experience with industrial robots (e.g., collaborative robots, articulated arms) and sensor integration is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and adapt to dynamic client requirements.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in industrial automation environments is an advantage.
