Bulin AI is building the reliability layer for Physical AI. We help robotics teams automatically benchmark and validate robot skills before deploying them on real hardware.


Role Description

We’re looking for a Robotics Engineer to help build and improve our simulation, benchmarking, and evaluation infrastructure. You will work closely with the founding team on Isaac Sim integration, robot modeling, automated testing pipelines, and reliability evaluation systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robotics simulation environments using NVIDIA Isaac Sim
  • Work with URDF models and robot kinematics/dynamics
  • Build and improve automated benchmarking and evaluation pipelines
  • Support sim-to-real testing workflows and failure analysis
  • Collaborate with the team on integrating new robots and environments
  • Optimize simulation performance and reliability testing processes


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in robotics software or simulation
  • Strong experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim (or similar robotics simulators)
  • Good understanding of URDF, robot modeling, and kinematics
  • Proficiency in Python and robotics development workflows
  • Experience building testing, benchmarking, or evaluation systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with ROS2 is a plus


Nice to Have


  • Experience with Sim2Real transfer
  • Knowledge of Vision-Language-Action (VLA) or multimodal models
  • Experience deploying models on edge devices (e.g. NVIDIA Jetson)
  • Background in robotics foundation models or embodied AI
