Role Description As a Robotics Engineer at Asyncronix, you will design, develop, and test robotic systems and assistive devices, with a strong focus on advanced prosthetics and related technologies. You will work on-site in Guntur in a full-time capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams in mechanical design, software, and hardware to build, integrate, and refine robotic components. Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing technical specifications, developing control algorithms, implementing automation processes, and conducting experiments and performance evaluations. You will diagnose and resolve system issues, optimize robotic workflows, and document designs and test results for future iterations. The role also involves working closely with internal stakeholders to translate user needs into practical engineering solutions while ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • Robotics and process automation skills, including experience designing, building, and testing robotic or mechatronic systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, data analysis, system optimization, and performance evaluation.
  • Software development capabilities, such as programming in languages commonly used for robotics (e.g., C++, Python, ROS) and working with control systems.
  • Clear communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, documenting technical work, and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with sensors, actuators, embedded systems, and control theory in a robotics or automation context.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools and simulation environments for modeling and validating robotic designs.
  • Ability to work on-site in Guntur, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
