You will deliver production-minded robotics software with strong reliability, documentation, and testing practices.
What You Will Do
-
Design and ship autonomy pipelines (perception → localization → planning → control) end-to-end
-
Build and maintain ROS/ROS2 nodes, topics, services, and action interfaces with robust message contracts
-
Integrate sensors (cameras, IMUs, LiDAR, encoders, depth sensors) including calibration and time synchronization
-
Develop simulation-first workflows using Gazebo and/or Isaac Sim and validate behaviors before deployment
-
Diagnose reliability issues via telemetry, bag/log analysis, profiling, and root-cause analysis, then deliver fixes with tests
Required Qualifications
-
Mid-Senior experience delivering robotics features into real systems or rigorously validated simulation environments
-
Strong C++ and Python for robotics development in Linux
-
Practical ROS/ROS2 experience and distributed system debugging
-
Understanding of SLAM/localization, sensor fusion, motion planning, and closed-loop control
-
Comfort with Git workflows, CI practices, and reproducible/containerized builds
Work Arrangement
Remote, full-time, designed for distributed collaboration with clear documentation, asynchronous updates, and scheduled engineering syncs.
