Overview
Robotics Engineer roles focused on building and deploying autonomy software across perception, planning, and control. Work is executed remotely using simulation, telemetry, code review, and structured test cycles.
What You Will Do

Design, implement, and maintain robotics software modules (perception, planning, control) using ROS/ROS2

Develop autonomy behaviors such as navigation, obstacle avoidance, and manipulation primitives

Build and validate perception pipelines using camera/LiDAR/IMU and sensor fusion

Implement SLAM/localization and mapping workflows

Use simulation (Gazebo/Isaac Sim) for regression testing, scenario coverage, and sim-to-real iteration

Create tooling for logging, metrics, dataset replay, and performance debugging
-
Collaborate with hardware, QA, and product teams to deliver reliable robot releases and field updates
Required Qualifications

Mid-Senior experience delivering robotics features from prototype to deployment

Strong C++ and Python skills with Linux development workflows

Hands-on ROS/ROS2 experience (nodes, TF, messages, bagging, launch, parameters)

Foundations in kinematics, dynamics, and control (PID/MPC concepts) and motion planning basics

Experience with calibration, synchronization, debugging logs, profiling, and automated testing
Work Environment (Remote)
Remote, full-time collaboration across time zones with periodic scheduled test windows and reproducible simulation setups.
Pay:
$30β$50 per hour.
