📍 Skanderborg Municipality, Denmark 🇩🇰
When robot solutions, automation systems, and specialized machinery need to be programmed, tested, commissioned, and handed over, are you the one who wants to get it right?
As our new Robotics Engineer, you will help shape how DIS Systems works with automation, commissioning, and project execution going forward. Your work will influence the standards, routines, and technical decisions that turn custom machinery into solutions customers can rely on.
“This is a key role because you will be close to the programming, testing, commissioning of robots for our bespoke machinery. We already have the projects, the experience, and the customer trust. Now we are setting the standards for how DIS Systems works with automation, and this role is central to that,” says Mathias Slyngborg, Head of Technology.
DIS Systems is a dedicated spin-off from DIS/CREADIS, created to give machine building and system integration a focused setup of its own.
The position is based at our office in Stilling, near Skanderborg, Denmark.
Build and commission automation for real-world machinery
As a Robotics Engineer at DIS Systems, you will have an independent role and a varied workday with professional challenges across machine building and specialized machinery.
You will:
Our solutions are rarely standard, so technical judgement and close collaboration matter.
Work project-oriented with technical solutions and development
We imagine that you have a relevant engineering degree and, most importantly, a few years of experience in Robotics Engineering, preferably a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
It is essential that you have practical experience in developing, programming, and commissioning machines and automation systems, along with a keen interest in specialized machinery.
Requirements:
Our new colleague
You are passionate about your field and keep up to date with technical developments, especially within the design, development, and maintenance of machinery and automation solutions. You value high quality work and professionalism, making you a strong partner for colleagues and customers.
You are motivated by cross-disciplinary teamwork and know how to communicate clearly at different organizational levels. You can work in both Danish and English, and you are comfortable in a project-oriented environment where priorities can shift and the solution still needs to work.
We invest in you
At DIS Systems, we invest in your development through continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and a work environment built on responsibility, collaboration, and practical problem-solving. You will work on projects where technical decisions matter, together with colleagues who want the solution to work.
