Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
As a Robotics Embedded Engineering Trainee, this 2-year position is a first step into a successful career with us! You will be working within the Automotive team in Cork, developing robotic solutions for our microcontroller products (AURIX, TRAVEO, PSOC) and having a key role in enabling our robotics strategy

Technical Knowledge: Learn about Robotics and gain in-depth knowledge of automotive microcontroller offerings for robotics and Human-Machine Interface solutions

Professional development: Develop your skills through formal training and on-the-job learning; Learn and understand the requirements for successful marketing and sales

System Solution Development: Play a key role in developing system solutions (Software, Firmware, Hardware) for widespread promotion

Collaboration: Collaborate with local and international teams
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
You have a result-oriented and proactive mindset and are a team player with good interpersonal skills. You have creative and analytical skills that support you in solving problems and ensuring a successful outcome.

Education: Degree in Electronic Engineering, Robotics, or a similar field

Programming and Hardware: Knowledge of circuit hardware (mandatory) and coding practices. Knowledge of C or C# is a plus

Robotics: Knowledge or interest in Robotics, being eager to learn about new, cutting-edge technology

Language Skills: Fluent in English

Working Style: Maintain good time management skills and have critical thinking skills, not being afraid to speak up or provide feedback

Advantages: It is a plus if you have hands-on experience working with embedded hardware, knowledge of microcontrollers, and the ability to work within a technical team
