Role Overview:

We're looking for a Robotics & Control Engineer with a strong foundation in robotics, embedded software, autonomous systems, or related fields. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with physics models and embedded software and eager to apply their skills to dynamic, real-world platforms—including our VTOL aircraft. Key


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize control algorithms for autonomous vehicles and robotic systems
  • Apply model-based control techniques to complex electromechanical platforms
  • Conduct simulations and real-world tests to validate and refine control strategies
  • Work closely with embedded software and hardware teams to bring control systems from concept to deployment
  • Collaborate across disciplines to integrate control systems into broader system architectures


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Solid experience in control systems design—whether in robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, industrial automation, or similar domains
  • Familiarity with model-based control methods (state-space, PID tuning, model predictive control, etc.)
  • Comfort working at the intersection of software and hardware; embedded systems experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, hands-on approach
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, etc.)
