Job Summary
We are looking for
highly experienced SoC Microarchitect
to join our team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidates will have deep expertise in defining subsystem and SoC-level microarchitecture, driving architecture specifications, and leading RTL development for advanced semiconductor products.
Candidates should possess strong experience in one or more high-speed interface, memory, CPU, or SoC infrastructure domains, with proven delivery experience from microarchitecture through RTL implementation.
Key Responsibilities

Define and develop subsystem and SoC-level microarchitecture specifications.

Drive architecture reviews, design trade-offs, and performance optimization.

Lead RTL development and integration activities.
-
Collaborate closely with verification, physical design, firmware, and system teams.

Ensure power, performance, area (PPA), scalability, and reliability requirements are met.

Develop design documentation, architecture specifications, and implementation guidelines.

Support silicon bring-up and debug activities as required.
Required Technical Expertise:-
Candidates should have strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
High-Speed Interface Subsystems

PCIe Gen5 / PCIe Gen6 subsystem-level microarchitecture and RTL development.

UCIe 2.0 / UCIe 3.0 subsystem-level microarchitecture and RTL development.
Memory Subsystems

DDR5, LPDDR5, and LPDDR6 subsystem-level microarchitecture and RTL development.
Network-on-Chip (NoC)

Arteris FlexNoC architecture and design.
-
ARM CMN-700 architecture and integration.
-
NoC performance modeling, interconnect optimization, and system integration.
CPU Subsystems
-
ARM A-Series processor subsystems.
-
ARM R-Series processor subsystems.
-
ARM M-Series processor subsystems.
-
RISC-V based subsystem architecture and integration.
SoC Infrastructure
-
SoC-level microarchitecture.
-
Clock architecture and distribution strategy.
-
Reset architecture and sequencing.
-
Power management architecture, low-power design methodologies, and power domain planning.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Extensive experience in semiconductor design with a focus on microarchitecture and RTL development.

Strong knowledge of SystemVerilog/Verilog and modern SoC design methodologies.

Experience with architecture definition, design reviews, and subsystem integration.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
