About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RF Antenna Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and testing of advanced VHF, UHF, and microwave antenna systems, including both single and phased array configurations. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating innovative solutions for complex military and aerospace applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to perform detailed characterization, electromagnetic analysis, and environmental testing of antenna systems. This position offers the possibility for hybrid work arrangements, providing flexibility to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments. A TS/SCI clearance is required for consideration, reflecting the sensitive nature of our projects.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physical Science, or a related field from an accredited institution. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline may substitute for two years of experience, reducing the required professional experience to eight years. Candidates should have at least ten years of relevant experience in antenna design, RF systems, or related fields. Demonstrated expertise in electromagnetic modeling, antenna characterization, and environmental testing is essential. Strong proficiency in simulation tools such as HFSS, and experience with high-speed structural analysis and electro-magnetic computer modeling, are highly desirable. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
