Principal Engineer - IoT Firmware & Systems

Looking for a Principal Engineer – IoT Firmware & Systems to lead the architecture and development of secure, scalable, connected embedded products. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in embedded firmware, wireless IoT, and system-level design .

Technical Expertise Required

• Expert-level C/C++ for MCU, MPU, and SoC platforms
• Strong experience with bare-metal and RTOS-based systems
• Wireless technologies: Wi-Fi, BLE, Thread, Matter, Sub-GHz
• Networking & protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, Secure MQTT, HTTPS, Amazon Sidewalk
• Secure IoT communication & cloud integration
• Interfaces: RS-485, RS-232, I2C, SPI, MODBUS
• Security & boot: Bootloader, Secure Boot, ECC, RSA, RNG, power modes
• Debugging tools: GDB, J-Link, static analysis tools
• Hardware bring-up using DSO, logic analyzers, power profiling tools
• CI/CD exposure, preferably Jenkins

Experience

• 10+ Years in Embedded Firmware design and development

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics / EEE / ECE / Computer Science or equivalent
