PCB Engineer

Job Description

As a PCB Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct testing and analysis on defective PCBs to identify root causes of failure.
• Perform repair and rework of defective PCBs used in air conditioning units.
• Prepare, maintain, and operate repair tools and equipment required for PCB troubleshooting and repair processes.
• Ensure repair activities follow quality standards and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support smooth assembly and delivery processes.
• Propose and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues during PCB assembly, handling, and delivery.
• Document test results, repair actions, and improvement recommendations clearly and accurately.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a PCB Engineer or in a similar electronics repair role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong hands-on experience in PCB testing, troubleshooting, and repair , with the ability to work independently.
• Good understanding of electronic components, circuits, and repair tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
