Responsibilities:

Interpret electronic datasheets and engineering schematics for effective PCB layout and design.

Plan, position, and route components for optimal electrical and mechanical performance.

Manage signal integrity and minimize EMI through thoughtful trace routing and layer stack-up strategies.

Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure robust, manufacturable layouts.

Collaborate with hardware engineers, firmware developers, and QA teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Create and maintain detailed PCB documentation, including manufacturing drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Participate in design reviews, address feedback, and implement necessary changes for compliance and quality assurance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and applicable CAD tools.
Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in PCB design using specialized CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle).

Ability to read and interpret electronic datasheets and schematics.

Expertise in component placement, signal trace routing, and managing signal integrity issues.

Strong grasp of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.

Meticulous attention to detail for documentation and quality standards.
