PCB CAM Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a PCB CAM Engineer located in Bengaluru. The PCB CAM Engineer will be responsible for managing PCB design data, performing design for manufacturability (DFM) checks, creating and optimizing PCB manufacturing files, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing customer data, generating panel layouts, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support efficient production processes.

• Proficiency in PCB manufacturing software tools, including CAM350, Valor, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and panel optimization techniques
• Expertise in Gerber file creation, layer stack-up planning, and impedance calculation
• Familiarity with PCB fabrication processes, materials, and equipment
• Problem-solving aptitude and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in high-complexity PCB designs is an advantage
