Mixed-Signal IP Firmware Engineer

Description

In this job you will be responsible to develop firmware in C to implement critical FW features for IPs inside SOC. You will be required to understand IPs by reading their specifications. You will also be responsible to support post-silicon bringup, validation, performance characterization, system integration and debugging.

Minimum Qualifications

BS degree in technical discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

Proven excellence in FW development using C and assembly language with ARM CPUs.nSolid understanding of MCUs and ISR. nSolid understanding of computer architecture.nExperience with version control tools (git, Perforce) is a plus.nExperience with real-time operation system is a plus.nUnderstanding of mixed signal concepts is a plus.nFamiliarity with RTL or Verilog is a plus.nStrong communication and presentation skills.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $171,600 and $302,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eApple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
