About The Role
As a Middle Robotics Modeling & Simulation Engineer, you will design and develop advanced control systems and high‑fidelity simulations for complex robotic systems. Working at the intersection of robotics and control engineering, you will build predictive models and optimize system performance. You will leverage physics‑based modeling, digital twins, and AI‑driven approaches to create robust, adaptive solutions. Your work will directly improve efficiency and support the deployment of real‑world robotic applications. Responsibilities

Design and develop high-fidelity models of robotic and automated systems

Develop and implement control algorithms for robotics and automation applications

Build and maintain digital twin simulations for predictive analysis and system optimization

Integrate physics-based and data-driven models for enhanced system performance

Develop and validate simulation environments for real-world deployment scenarios

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions

Perform testing, validation, and tuning of control systems in both simulation and real environments

Contribute to rapid prototyping and deployment of production-ready solutions

Research and apply the latest advancements in modeling, control systems, and robotics

Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
-
3+ years of professional experience in robotics, control systems, or simulation engineering

Strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++

MSc degree in Robotics, Control Systems, Automation, Applied Mathematics, or a related field

Solid understanding of control theory (PID, state-space models, optimal control, etc.)

Hands-on experience with robotics and automation systems

Practical experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or similar)

Experience with modeling physical systems and working with high-fidelity simulations

Familiarity with robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2

Understanding of system dynamics, kinematics, and motion control

Experience integrating control systems with software and hardware components

Knowledge of industrial automation systems and communication protocols

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience working in Linux environments
