Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Waukesha, WI, for a Mechanical Engineer specializing in custom robotics. The role involves designing and developing mechanical systems and components for automation projects using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. The Mechanical Engineer will lead projects, manage timelines, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and conduct research and development to innovate and refine robotic solutions. The position also requires involvement in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing mechanical systems to ensure high-quality performance and reliability.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and experience in Machine Design
  • Hands-on expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
  • Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) for innovative solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in robotics or automation integration is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic
