Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior PCB Layout Design Engineer with strong expertise in high-speed, multilayer PCB design and layout development. The candidate will be responsible for creating complex PCB layouts, managing component libraries, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting design activities related to signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop complex multilayer PCB layouts using Allegro and/or Altium Designer.

Create and optimize PCB stack-ups considering signal integrity, impedance control, manufacturability, and cost.

Perform high-speed PCB routing, including differential pair routing, matched length routing, impedance-controlled traces, and timing-critical designs.

Develop and maintain PCB footprints, symbols, and component libraries in accordance with IPC standards.

Validate PCB layouts against electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and reliability requirements.

Ensure PCB designs comply with IPC, UL, and MIL standards.

Apply PCB design guidelines for EMI/EMC compliance and noise reduction.

Collaborate closely with hardware, mechanical, manufacturing, and testing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Support prototype bring-up, debugging, hardware validation, and design reviews.

Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly), and design rule checks.

Participate in engineering reviews and provide technical recommendations for layout optimization.
Must-Have Skills

6+ years of experience in PCB Layout Design.

Hands-on experience with
Cadence Allegro and/or Altium Designer

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, PCB fabrication, and assembly requirements.

Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Understanding of Design for Testability (DFT) methodologies.
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
