Role Overview

As a Senior Robotics Software Engineer, you will lead the design and deployment of advanced robotic systems, working across perception, control, and full system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Vision AI pipelines.
• Develop and optimize ROS/ROS2 architecture.
• Select and integrate hardware (cameras, GPUs, LiDAR, IMUs).
• Lead system integration and real-world deployment.
• Optimize motion planning and robotic control systems.
• Work with industrial communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, TCP/IP).
• Use Docker and cloud platforms for scalable deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical decisions.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of robotics software experience.
• Strong expertise in C++ and Python.
• Deep experience with ROS/ROS2.
• Hands-on experience with GPU computing and AI deployment.
• Strong understanding of robotics sensors and system integration.
• Experience with real-world deployment and debugging.

Good to Have

• Experience with autonomous navigation systems.
• Cloud-based monitoring and deployment experience.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
