Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and drive the hardware design process, from concept to production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications.

Design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout.

Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability.

Support products from concept to certification, in the factory, in the field, until end of life.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
-
10+ years of experience in hardware design and development.

Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.

Experience with hardware Validation and Verification.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with DO-160 and DO-254
-
Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

15+ years of experience in hardware design and development.

Proven track record of successful hardware design projects.

Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
