Lead Firmware Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Embedded Firmware Engineer with deep expertise in industrial automation systems to drive the architecture, design, and development of embedded firmware for industrial devices. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic ownership of firmware architecture, industrial communication stacks, and real-time embedded systems.

The ideal candidate will lead firmware initiatives end-to-end, mentor and guide engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and play a key role in defining long-term firmware strategy and best practices.
