Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for microcontroller-based systems.
Write efficient, well-documented code in C for Embedded software.
Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Perform software evaluation and debugging using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and validation of embedded systems.
Participate in design and code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Interfacing customers to understand and translate their business goals into solution requirement documents.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and testing by following system architectural strategies and guidelines.

Work Experience

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in embedded software development using MCUs (Microcontroller Units)
Extensive experience in embedded systems architecture and design.
Hands-on development experience in Platform software, Firmware, BSPs and device drivers on MCU environments, and Embedded software/middleware applications.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Embedded C, Python
Strong understanding in hardware peripherals like CAN, PWM, I2C, UART, SPI, USB, ADC, DAC etc.
Experience with ARM Cortex, Renesas RA/RZ, STM32, or similar MCU platforms
Hands-on experience in Embedded software evaluation methods, tools (e.g., using oscilloscopes for signal measurement) and IDEs.
Excellent documentation skills for technical specifications and test procedures.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in planning, scheduling, risk management and team coordination and on-time delivery.
