Lead Analog Design Engineer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Analog Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop analog ICs with a focus on high-speed ADCs and mixed-signal circuits.

Lead the full lifecycle of analog design projects from concept through to post-silicon validation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design specifications and functional requirements.

Mentor junior engineers and manage a small team to ensure project deliverables are met.

Utilize advanced CAD tools like Cadence Virtuoso for circuit simulation and layout tasks.

Analyze silicon data, troubleshoot design issues, and drive iterative improvements based on post-silicon findings.
Required Skills:

Expertise in Analog IC Design, High-Speed ADC Design, and Mixed-Signal IC Design.

Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools, particularly Cadence Virtuoso.
