Job Description

Position Summary


We are seeking a skilled Electronic Engineer with 3-4 years of relevant experience who combines strong engineering knowledge with technician-level practical skills. This is a hands-on engineering role that requires experience in assembling, fabricating, testing, and troubleshooting electronic equipment, with the ability to translate engineering designs into fully functional products.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both in the workshop and the engineering office, supporting the complete product development process from prototype assembly to testing and implementation. You should be equally confident working with engineering drawings, soldering PCB components, wiring control panels, integrating microcontrollers, and developing smart home automation solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assemble, fabricate, wire, and test electronic equipment, prototypes, and production units.
  • Build, inspect, repair, and troubleshoot PCB-based electronic systems.
  • Assemble electronic components, control panels, and embedded systems.
  • Install, configure, and test microcontroller-based devices (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, PIC, or similar platforms).
  • Support the development and integration of smart home automation and IoT solutions.
  • Read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and technical drawings.
  • Understanding schematics and also be able to create power and electrical architecture and drawings on CAD and other simulation platforms.
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and root cause analysis on electronic systems and components.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following tools: KiCad, EasyEDA, or Fritzing.
  • Ability to create simple to moderately complex PCB layouts from schematics.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on company-specific design processes and tools.
  • Basic understanding of component symbols, footprints, and Gerber file generation is a plus
  • Assist in prototype development, product improvements, and validation testing.
  • Conduct functional, performance, and quality testing before product deployment.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and workshop teams to ensure efficient manufacturing and assembly.
  • Maintain engineering documentation, technical records, and test reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational standards.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in electronics engineering, embedded systems, manufacturing, automation, or product development.
  • Strong practical experience in electronic assembly, wiring, soldering, and equipment fabrication.
  • Hands-on experience working with PCB boards , electronic components, and circuit troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, PIC, or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with smart home automation , IoT devices, sensors, relays, control systems, and home automation protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and engineering drawings.
  • Experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and soldering/rework stations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
