Hardware FPGA Engineer,

We are seeking a Hardware FPGA Engineer to design and develop advanced hardware and FPGA solutions for high‑performance test systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, cutting‑edge platforms in a multidisciplinary and agile engineering environment supporting advanced engineering and manufacturing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Specify, design, and verify hardware and FPGA architectures for advanced test systems.
• Translate marketing or end‑user requirements into robust hardware architectures and schematics.
• Partner closely with hardware designers throughout the full design and development lifecycle.
• Support prototype bring‑up and troubleshoot complex hardware issues, including noise, accuracy, bandwidth, and jitter.
• Design and develop FPGA modules embedded within test instruments.
• Perform FPGA simulations and manage non‑regression testing activities.
• Conduct hardware characterisation in line with project and system requirements.
• Collaborate closely with FPGA, software, and hardware teams to ensure system‑level integration.
• Contribute as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team operating in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, FPGA Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical capability with a structured and rigorous problem‑solving approach.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and expand technical depth.
• Comfortable working on complex, high‑performance hardware systems.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and travel occasionally.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
