For a multidisciplinary engineering company developing advanced hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic solutions, we seek an experienced
Hardware Engineer
to join he R&D team and play a key role in the design, development, and lifecycle support of innovative multidisciplinary products.
You will:

Take full ownership of board-level electronic design for both new and existing products.

Lead design reviews and technical evaluations.

Develop, validate, and test hardware solutions against product requirements and specifications.

Perform laboratory and field testing of electronic systems and PCB performance.

Prepare detailed functional specifications and hardware development documentation.

Collaborate with subcontractors responsible for PCB manufacturing and assembly.

Support debugging, troubleshooting, and software-hardware integration activities.

Drive value engineering initiatives, balancing performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Contribute to root-cause investigations and continuous product improvement efforts.
You need:

B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, from a leading university.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PCB design and development in an industrial environment.

Solid understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.

Experience in board design, schematics, and layout tools such as OrCAD, Allegro.

Experience with multidisciplinary products and systems.
-
Proven ability to take technical ownership and drive design decisions.
