Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hardware Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Hardware Engineer will design, develop, and validate electronic hardware for products across domains such as IoT, industrial automation, and consumer or automotive electronics. Day-to-day responsibilities include circuit design, schematic capture, component selection, and close collaboration with PCB design teams to ensure manufacturability and reliability. The role involves supporting product prototyping, testing, debugging, and optimization of hardware performance, as well as working with firmware and software teams for seamless hardware–software integration. The Hardware Engineer will also participate in design reviews, documentation, and compliance with relevant industry standards and quality processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Hardware Development and Electronics Hardware Design for embedded and production-ready systems.
  • 1-2 years experience required in the same field.
  • Proficiency in Circuit Design, including schematic capture, component selection, and design for reliability and manufacturability.
  • Good understanding of Computer Hardware and general Hardware concepts, including interfaces, buses, and peripheral integration.
  • Experience with PCB tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD) and hands-on work with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, basic firmware interaction, and hardware–software co-design principles.
  • Familiarity with EMC/EMI considerations, safety standards, and design validation and testing processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and take ownership of design deliverables.
