Qualifications:
Solid experience in technical support and troubleshooting within Windows-based environments.
Hands-on experience supporting Mac and Linux client operating systems.
Proficient in providing support for standard office software including MS Office Suite.
Experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting end-user IT hardware and peripherals.
Familiar with daily operation using different ITSM tools.
Possess working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
Have practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune management.
Have a good understanding of core IT infrastructure.
Familiar with deployment and usage of video conferencing systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-oriented service attitude and good service awareness.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
