Hardware Engineer
to join our team.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Junior Engineer:
-
Assist in analyzing hardware design requirements from product specifications.

Design and develop schematics and PCB layouts under guidance.
-
Generate Gerber files and prepare technical documentation for manufacturing.
-
Support prototype bring-up, testing, and validation (functionality & performance).
-
Troubleshoot and debug hardware-related issues during development.
Middle Engineer:
-
Independently design schematics, hardware block diagrams based on product specifications.
-
Evaluate, select, and source components considering cost, performance, and availability.
-
Generate manufacturing documentation. Work directly with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors to resolve DFM/DFA issues.
-
Define, plan, and execute hardware test strategies and validation processes.
-
Independently debug and troubleshoot hardware issues during prototype bring-up.
-
Drive design optimization for cost reduction, performance enhancement, and reliability.
-
Assist senior engineers in defining hardware architecture and solutions. Provide casual guidance and design review support to junior engineers.
Senior Engineer:
-
Analyze project requirements and define hardware architecture & solutions.
-
Evaluate, select, and source key components considering cost, performance, and availability, including MCU/MPU, PMIC, sensors, connectivity modules, interfacing IC, connectors etc.

Design complex hardware block diagrams, schematics, and system architecture.
-
Lead design verification, validation, and error checking.
-
Work directly with PCB fabrication & assembly vendors to ensure manufacturability.
-
Define and plan test strategies, test cases, and validation processes.
-
Author and review hardware test reports to ensure reliability and standards compliance.
-
Drive design optimization (cost, performance, reliability, manufacturability).
-
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications

Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

3 Years’ experience for Middle, 5YOE for Senior in Embedded Hardware Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
-
Have knowledge and experience in HW design schematic and/or layout.
-
Have knowledge and experience in HW testing.
-
Technical communication in English.
