Job Summary

Seeking a Hardware Engineer with 3+ years of experience in electronic circuit design, system integration, testing, and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates will have experience in analog/digital electronics, DSP, RF systems, FPGA design, or motor controls. Aerospace, defense, or military industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and test electronic hardware systems.
• Support analog, digital, RF, DSP, FPGA, or motor control projects.
• Develop test plans, procedures, reports, and automated test solutions.
• Perform lab and field testing using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, DMMs, and signal generators.
• Troubleshoot electronic circuits and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and provide technical support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
• 3+ years of experience in electronic hardware design and testing.
• Experience with analog and digital circuit design.
• Proficiency with at least one of: OrCAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or VHDL.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard lab test equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DSP, RF design, FPGA design, algorithm development, or LabVIEW automation.
• Knowledge of motor drives and controls.
• PCB layout experience.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards.
• Aerospace, defense, or military industry experience.
• Master's degree or technical certifications are a plus.
