About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Hardware/Electrical Engineer
with expertise in
DO-254 compliant hardware development
for safety-critical aerospace systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware design, verification, validation, and certification within an aerospace or defense environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and validate complex digital and mixed-signal hardware.

Execute hardware development in compliance with
DO-254
standards.

Perform schematic design, hardware integration, debugging, and board bring-up.
-
Support requirements capture, design documentation, and verification activities.
-
Participate in hardware testing, validation, and system integration.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional software, FPGA, systems, and verification teams.
-
Support design reviews and certification activities.
Required Skills

Strong experience in
DO-254
hardware development.
-
Digital and mixed-signal circuit design.
-
Schematic capture and PCB hardware design.
-
Hardware verification and validation.
-
Board bring-up, debugging, and lab testing.
-
Requirements management and technical documentation.

Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Lab Equipment.

Hardware integration and troubleshooting.
-
Aerospace or Defense hardware development experience.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Xilinx or Intel/Altera FPGA platforms.
